All Hands On Deck – Captains For Clean Water Benefit Day
Join uz Aug 19th from 3-7pm as we partner up with amazing local businesses/organizations to host one awesome benefit day! From fresh charcuterie and beer pairings to swag to raffles, live music and more there is something for everyone! So, mark those calendars and join uz in supporting Captains For Clean Water’s mission.
Captains For Clean Water:
Come hang with the Captains For Clean Water crew! Captains is a local nonprofit that’s at the forefront of the fight to restore and protect Florida’s waters. Join us to learn more about their mission, find out how you can get involved, and grab one of their iconic hats to help raise awareness!
There will be a 50/50 raffle as well as a normal raffle with many prizes such as private tastings and much more!
Beer Release:
We collaborated with the team over at Captains For Clean Water and created a Pineapple Blonde Ale. Not only will 25% of all proceeds of the brew be donated to Captains, but every purchase gets you a free Captains sticker!
Food: Charcuterie and Beer Pairing 2-7pm
Charcuterie Boards & A Beer $25
Choose one of their small batch, scratch made seafood spreads or salads (house smoked mullet or mackerel, Key West shrimp salad, or local, fresh blue crab) carefully paired with seasonal farmer’s market vegetables and fruits as well as some of our favorite accompaniments like whole grain mustard, local pickled goods, dried fruits and country bread. Then pair it with one of our 16 different draft beers or guest cider or wine, all for only $25!
If the charcuterie and beer pairing doesn’t pique your interest, they will also be serving shrimp/blue crab rolls!
Music:
The very talented Todd Verdun will be performing his rock/folk acoustic set live from 3-6pm.
